Shopping with a Blanket Purchase Order
So, you want to rent a car or truck.

Call Discount Car and Truck Rental (678-8594).  Make all your arrangements yourself, pay with your credit card, the one that covers your insurance.  Then submit a reimbursement claim the same as any other purchase.  Remember to get a receipt when you get back!!!  The form they give you when you leave is only an approximation of what it'll cost you.  Get that receipt when you get back with all your expenses and the taxes included.



So, you don't have a credit card with car insurance.

Call Discount Car and Truck Rental (678-8594) make all your arrangements.  Then submit a Request for Purchase Order Form. 

In the special instruction section include:
     the names and driver's licenses of anyone that will be driving,
     your pick up date and time (or delivery date and time)
     your expected return date and time
     the name of the person you dealt with at Discount.

Email the form to me. 

If you forget to get a Purchase Order before you leave, Acadia and Discount do not have a contract and you will not have any insurance!!!!!  Do not drive away without a Purchase Order.
